1. General
1.1. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Money Surveys Research Holdings LLC (“Velnari VPN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the Velnari VPN mobile application for Android and the website https://velnari.net.
1.2. By using the application or website, you confirm that you have read this Policy. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1.3. The service is intended for users aged 18 and over.
2. Summary
- No account registration is required.
- We do not log or store your browsing history or the content of your internet traffic through the VPN.
- The application does not include built-in analytics or advertising SDKs.
- Some data is stored only on your device (settings, last server, session statistics).
- Minimal technical records may be kept to operate the service (see Section 6).
3. Information We Collect
3.1. Information you do not provide directly
The application does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, payment details, or account creation.
3.2. Data stored locally on your device
The application stores the following on your device in local storage:
- Kill Switch and Auto-connect settings — to operate app features;
- Selected or last server (country, city, host) — for convenience and auto-connect;
- Session statistics (duration, download and upload volume) — displayed in the app interface;
- Acceptance of the Terms of Service — required on first launch.
This data is not automatically sent to us and remains on your device until you uninstall the application or clear its data.
3.3. Data when our servers are accessed
When the application loads the list of VPN servers, our servers may receive standard technical HTTP request data, such as:
- IP address;
- date and time of the request;
- client type / User-Agent;
- response status.
When you visit velnari.net (for example, to download the APK or view pages), the web server may similarly record standard technical access data.
3.4. Data related to VPN connection
To establish a VPN connection, the application uses server parameters (address, port, credentials) obtained from our API or a built-in fallback list. The connection itself is encrypted between your device and the VPN server.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store:
- browsing history (URLs of websites you visit);
- the content of your internet traffic;
- DNS queries as an activity log;
- the content of messages, files, or calls;
- precise device location (GPS);
- contacts, photos, microphone, or camera — the application does not access these.
5. How We Use Information
We use information solely to:
- provide and maintain the VPN service;
- display the server list in the application;
- maintain security and stability of our infrastructure;
- respond to support requests (if you contact us);
- comply with applicable law.
We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Technical Records on Servers
6.1. To keep the service running reliably, our infrastructure may maintain limited operational records needed for maintenance, troubleshooting, and security.
6.2. These records are not used to monitor which websites you visit or what content you access through the VPN.
6.3. We retain such records only for as long as reasonably necessary for operations and security, and then delete or anonymize them.
7. Android Permissions
The application requests the following permissions:
- Internet — connection to servers and API;
- Network state — checking internet availability;
- VPN service — creating the VPN tunnel;
- Background operation — maintaining the VPN connection;
- Notifications — connection status and disconnect control.
8. Sharing with Third Parties
8.1. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
8.2. Information may be disclosed to:
- infrastructure providers (hosting, servers) acting on our instructions;
- government authorities when required by law and proper legal process.
9. International Data Transfers
9.1. Our servers and operator are located in the United States and other countries where VPN nodes are hosted. By using the service, you understand that data may be processed outside your country.
9.2. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we take reasonable steps to protect data in such transfers in accordance with applicable law.
10. Security
10.1. We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption of VPN traffic and restricted access to infrastructure.
10.2. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we aim to maintain a reasonable level of protection.
11. Retention
- Data on your device — until you uninstall the application or clear its data;
- Server technical records — for a limited period necessary for operations and security;
- Support correspondence — until your request is resolved and for a reasonable time thereafter.
12. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in the EU and CCPA in California), you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- request correction or deletion;
- object to or restrict processing;
- withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent);
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Because the application does not require registration, we may not be able to identify you without additional information you voluntarily provide when contacting us (for example, your email address).

13. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

14.2. For material changes, we will notify you through the website or application. The update date is shown at the top of this document.
